Learning English Together Supported Play (LETS PLAY) was developed to support culturally specific Migrant and Refugee mothers and their children to learn life skills acceptable within Australian society together, supporting the children to develop their first language skills, establish friendship groups, and prepare positive pathways to kindergarten and primary school enrolment, while helping their mothers by providing bilingual early childhood educators to guide the group with educational play activities, offering mothers with advice, facilitating referrals to community services, and connecting them with other families within their cultural community.
